Buckeye Home Exchange ("Platform," "we," "us") is operated by YourSpace LLC. The Platform provides listing, advertising, and informational services to assist Ohio homeowners in marketing their properties for sale. The Platform is not a licensed real estate brokerage, does not employ licensed real estate agents on your behalf, and does not facilitate, negotiate, or participate in real estate transactions.
By using this Platform, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) Buckeye Home Exchange is not a real estate broker; (b) no agency relationship exists between you and Buckeye Home Exchange; (c) the Platform provides tools and information but does not represent you in any transaction; (d) all negotiations, contracts, escrow, and closing activities occur independently between buyers and sellers through licensed professionals such as title companies and real estate attorneys.
The listing fee is $1,499 USD, paid via Square before creating a listing. This fee is for advertising and platform services only and does not constitute a commission or broker fee.
The $1,499 listing fee is non-refundable once your listing has been created and published. If you pay and do not create a listing within 48 hours, contact us at support@yourspacesocial.com for a case-by-case review. No refunds are issued after listing publication for any reason including: failure to sell, change of mind, or removal by seller.
Sellers are solely responsible for: (a) accuracy of all listing information; (b) compliance with Ohio disclosure requirements under ORC §5302.30; (c) responding to buyer inquiries; (d) negotiating and executing purchase agreements; (e) working with title companies and attorneys to close transactions.
You may not list properties you do not own or have authority to sell, post false or misleading information, use the platform for fraudulent purposes, or violate any applicable law.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL HELP YOU SELL YOUR HOME, THAT ANY LISTING WILL RECEIVE BUYER INTEREST, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE PLATFORM IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOURSPACE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US ($1,499).
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in Muskingum County, Ohio.
