We collect: name and email address (at account creation), property listing details you submit, payment confirmation data (via Square — we do not store card numbers), and buyer inquiry messages sent through listing contact forms. We also collect standard usage logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).
We use your information to: operate your seller account and listing, forward buyer inquiries to sellers, verify payment, send listing status notifications, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Property address, price, photos, and description are publicly visible on the platform and may be indexed by search engines. Do not include personal contact information in your listing description — use the contact form system instead.
We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and database storage, and Firebase Storage for photos. All data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. Payment processing is handled entirely by Square.
You may request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing support@yourspacesocial.com. Note that published listing data may remain visible until manually removed. Buyer inquiry messages are retained for record-keeping purposes.
